IHS has developed a systematic process to streamline the
execution of its projects:
- Understand the homeowner’s lifestyle and propose any combination or all of the following systems to meet their
needs: Audio Video, Lighting, Shading, Home Theater, Security, and Climate Control systems.
- The proposed systems should be both easy to use and within budgetary expectations.
- Review & refine the project scope for homeowner approval.
- Make a detailed design of the systems and write interface documents to coordinate with other trades.
- Coordinate with other sub-contractors such as general contractor, electrician, cabinet maker, and interior designer.
- Manage the Project during each stage of the process: Prewire, Trim, Finish, Programming, & Training
- Upon completion, train the homeowner in the use of the systems
